Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in securitization or related capital markets roles.
• Experience negotiating with bankers, rating agencies, and investors.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive funding strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own securitization transactions, funding facility closings, and asset financings.
• Partner with CFO and external parties to structure and negotiate transactions.
• Lead reporting on funding, collateral trends, and cash flow models.
