We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior, Technology Control Management II to join our Asset Servicing Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Set the strategy for identifying, analyzing, monitoring, reporting, and minimizing Engineering control issues within the assigned portfolio.
• Support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and High-Level Assessment (HLA) processes for the portfolio.
• Implement Engineering Control Framework practices.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity controls to facilitate Applications and Infrastructure in implementing compensatory controls to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Analyze and draw conclusions to recommend and direct necessary changes to mitigate risk.
• Support related risk programs such as audit responses and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor KRIs for Engineering processes and emerging threats to assess Product/Platform impact.
• Drive a proactive risk culture within the organization.
• Manage complex projects to improve controls and address deficiencies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 7-10 years of experience in technology/information risk, assurance, or advisory roles.
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions, business presentations, and working with senior management.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are preferred.
• Good understanding of NIST SP 800-53 is advantageous.
• Experience defining, implementing, and monitoring IT risk management programs, including cybersecurity risks.
• Knowledge of design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and industry frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks in risk control is a plus.
