This position is at NDX Albensi Dental Lab in Irwin, PA for a full-time General Manager role.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential changes.

Levels: Three classifications (Level I, II, III) based on revenue responsibility and staff size.

Responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Communication: Maintain communication with Operations Leaders and Regional GM, mentor team, lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operational Management: Oversee lab administration, production, logistics, ensure quality and timely delivery, participate in sales and marketing.
• Financial Oversight: Review financial statements, budgets, KPIs, and execute corporate objectives.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure FDA and OSHA compliance, timely financial reporting, uphold professional conduct.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years managing or supervising production teams.
• High School diploma or GED; B.S. or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in English, strong leadership, problem-solving, communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to travel, valid driver’s license.

Physical and safety requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, perform fine motor tasks, interpret documentation, and communicate effectively. Use of office equipment, small machinery, chemicals, and handling hazardous materials.
