Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, consulting, FP&A, operations, actuarial, or related business disciplines.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving results.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including evaluating performance, investments, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence executive, business, and functional leaders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of organizational change management, operational effectiveness, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

Working closely with executive leadership, you will strengthen organizational capabilities, drive cross-functional initiatives, and support long-term business success. What You’ll DoAs Vice President, Strategy & Enablement, you will serve as a key partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, executive leadership team, and business leaders across the Company. You will lead teams responsible for business strategy, planning, enterprise intelligence, and product development while ensuring enterprise priorities are translated into effective execution.
