Job description

Executive Recruiter leading strategic talent acquisition initiatives across CMI Media Group (WPP) & Compas

The Opportunity

Lead enterprise paid social in a regulated healthcare context, connecting strategy to measurable client outcomes. Drive impact by integrating paid social within omnichannel plans and elevating governance, data literacy, and privacy‑safe audience design for compliant scale. Champion storytelling that transforms analytics into clear executive decisions and action.

What You’ll Do
  • Set the paid social vision and roadmap; codify standards and playbooks that scale across brands and teams.
  • Build executive‑ready measurement frameworks (learning agendas, incrementality, MMM/MTA inputs).
  • Advance first‑party and privacy‑preserving activation; improve audience quality and efficiency.
  • Establish compliant operating norms aligned to FDA/OPDP and platform policies; ensure auditability.
  • Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives (formats, creative, audience, signals) tied to KPI ladders and ROAS outcomes.
  • Translate complex analytics into persuasive narratives; partner with creative and PR to refine messaging.
  • Develop leaders and individual contributors; foster an inclusive, high‑accountability culture; mentor “full‑stack” social marketers.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years leading paid social at scale; regulated healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong data literacy (experimentation, audience modeling, incrementality; triangulation with MMM/MTA).
  • Omnichannel mindset (understands how social amplifies and is amplified by search, programmatic, CRM, and content).
  • Governance and compliance rigor (MLR, fair balance, brand safety, adverse event monitoring).
  • Exceptional storytelling; converts complex data into simple, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000.
