Structurely is seeking a killer enterprise sales professional for a remote, full-time role. You will own the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working directly with the CEO on major accounts and helping shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate has consistently topped sales leaderboards, can navigate complex organizational dynamics, build cross-functional relationships, and pursue equity upside as Structurely scales.
Structurely is looking for a killer enterprise seller.
Not someone who was “solid.”
Not someone who hit quota a few times.
Not someone looking for a comfortable SaaS sales job.
We’re looking for someone who has been one of the best salespeople at the companies they’ve worked for and wants the opportunity to help build something much bigger.
Think about joining a company when the core team could still fit around one table.
The opportunity we’re pursuing is enormous. We’re building AI communications infrastructure that we believe can become foundational to how companies sell, communicate, and operate.
We want someone who looks at that opportunity and thinks:
I want to help build that company.
Not just sell for it.
We’re looking for a competitor.
Someone who runs enterprise sales like they own the business.
Someone who creates momentum instead of waiting for leads, marketing campaigns, SDRs, or management to tell them what to do next.
You should have a history of being at or near the top of the sales leaderboard.
You should be able to walk into a complicated enterprise opportunity, understand the economics of the customer’s business, build relationships across the organization, create urgency, and find a way to get the deal done.
And when something isn’t working, your instinct shouldn’t be to explain why.
Your instinct should be to fix it.
Structurely is founder-led and sales-led.
Our CEO is an entrepreneur and growth leader who is deeply involved in enterprise sales. You’ll work directly alongside him on major accounts, strategy, partnerships, positioning, and new opportunities.
He’s not looking for someone to manage.
He’s looking for someone to compete alongside him.
Someone who can push him.
Someone whose presence makes the entire organization sharper.
Someone who can walk into the room and raise the standard.
That means this position comes with far more access, autonomy, and responsibility than a traditional Enterprise AE role.
You’ll have ownership of the entire process.
Prospecting.
Relationships.
Discovery.
Business cases.
Technical conversations.
Negotiations.
Closing.
Expansion.
You won’t simply receive a territory and execute a playbook.
You’ll help build the playbook.
You’ll identify markets we should pursue, accounts we should target, partnerships we should create, and problems we should solve.
You’ll work directly with leadership, engineering, product, and customer success to figure out how Structurely can win.
We want someone capable of turning:
“We should probably talk to that company.”
into:
“They’re now one of our largest customers.”
You consistently create enterprise opportunities without needing someone else to manufacture pipeline for you.
You develop relationships with CEOs, CROs, presidents, revenue leaders, operations leaders, and technology executives.
You become deeply knowledgeable about your customers’ businesses.
You understand how they make money.
You understand where they’re losing money.
You understand where Structurely can create leverage.
You build deals that can start small and become significantly larger.
And you create customers who view Structurely as strategic infrastructure rather than another software vendor.
You’ve probably been described as intense, competitive, entrepreneurial, relentless, or unusually driven.
You take losses personally—but learn from them quickly.
You don’t need someone checking whether you followed up.
You don’t need a manager creating urgency for you.
You don’t think your responsibility ends when the contract is signed.
You care about whether the customer actually wins because you understand that’s how accounts expand and companies get built.
You want responsibility.
You want visibility.
You want your upside connected to the value you create.
And you eventually want to look back and say:
I was there early, and I helped build that.
This role is designed to reward someone who can materially change the trajectory of the company.
That includes:
The more value you create, the larger your opportunity becomes.
Structurely is building AI-powered communications infrastructure for enterprise revenue organizations.
We combine voice, SMS, telephony, AI orchestration, integrations, workflow automation, and conversation intelligence into one platform.
We’re already operating across industries including mortgage, financial services, insurance, real estate, home services, and private aviation.
We’re not interested in building another AI feature.
And we’re going after a very large market.
There are plenty of Enterprise Account Executive jobs.
This isn’t one of them.
We’re looking for someone who wants ownership before everything is figured out.
Someone who wants equity because they intend to earn it.
Someone who would rather help create the machine than become another salesperson inside one.
If you’ve consistently been one of the best salespeople in the room and believe you can raise the level of everyone around you, we want to meet you.
