Job Summary

Reporting to the VPGM-ARO, the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships plays a key role in the success of ZOLL's ARO organization.


Essential Functions
  1. Oversee all commercial sales functions for the ZOLL Data Systems Accounts Receivables Optimization (ARO) portfolio of products.
  2. Responsible for achieving stated organizational revenue targets.
  3. Manage the direct sales team as well as the account management team.
  4. Create sales quotas, commission plans, and performance management systems to support the revenue objectives of the ARO organization.
  5. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets specific to the ARO organization.
  6. Responsible for creating new channel distribution partnerships in support of ARO product sales and to manage and maintain existing partner relationships.
  7. Work closely in partnership with Product to ensure that the portfolio of products adequately meets the needs of the various markets served and assist in prioritizing the roadmap for future development.
  8. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure appropriate campaigns and messaging are delivered to support the commercial efforts of the sales team and ARO partners.
  9. Maintain close relationships with the CSO organization to ensure customers’ needs are being met across implementation and support.
  10. Grow sales and revenue outside of the internal sales teams by building a consistent channel sales and distribution strategy through 3rd party partnerships.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
  2. 10+ Years of 3rd Level (or higher) Sales Management
  3. 10+ Years of Healthcare RCM Industry Experience
