The Vice President Research is a full-time, on-site role based in Florida, United States. The role is responsible for building and managing research frameworks, supervising research teams, and ensuring high-quality analytical output aligned with client business objectives. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with senior leadership and client executives, translating research insights into actionable recommendations, and presenting findings in clear, data-driven reports and briefings. The Vice President Research also contributes to research-driven innovation in services, develops best practices and methodologies, and mentors team members to strengthen organizational research capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Market Research and Research, with the ability to design and oversee complex studies for diverse small business clients.


• Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in Quantitative Research, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and interpretation of financial and operational metrics.


• Demonstrated expertise in Research and Development (R&D), applying insights to improve service offerings and client strategies.


• Proven leadership experience in a senior research role, including managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.


• Experience in small business consulting, professional services, or organizational strategy is highly beneficial.


• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
