LiveWire Construction, Inc. seeks a VP of Renewable Energy to lead the business unit, directing strategy, budgets, and a robust project portfolio of solar and electrical infrastructure.

You will own the P&L, shape growth, and oversee teams across estimating and project management, partnering with senior executives. Ideal candidates bring a track record in renewable energy leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a clear vision for market expansion while protecting profitability and risk

Qualifications

• MBA/BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive executive leadership in the construction industry.
• Renewable energy, solar, and electrical infrastructure construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Renewable Energy Business Unit P&L and profitability.
• Direct contract reviews, negotiations, and risk management with legal counsel.
• Lead senior leadership, strategy, and long-range business planning.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and market growth.
• Oversee safety, quality, and operational discipline.
