Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead quality and patient safety programs across the Gulf Coast division. You will provide data-driven analytics, direct quality and performance improvement efforts, and partner with hospital leadership to drive high reliability and patient outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership, regulatory expertise with CMS/TJC, and a proven track record of managing teams in healthcare quality.

Qualifications

• CPHQ certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Master's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive healthcare experience, including at least five years in management and five years in quality management.

Responsibilities

• Provide an integrated framework for monitoring and evaluating quality of care.
• Deliver quality data, analysis and interpretation to senior management and committees.
• Lead activities to provide professional and technical quality and performance improvement support.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to promote patient safety and rapid quality improvement.
