Weber & Company seeks a VP of Quality to lead a world-class, global quality organization supporting life sciences manufacturing across multiple sites. You will shape strategy, modernize the QMS, and drive excellence in batch release, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The role partners with Operations, R&D, and Commercial leaders to elevate quality as a strategic differentiator and enable double-digit growth while maintaining regulatory rigor and manufacturing integrity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership within Pharma, Biotech, GMP materials.
• 10+ years managing leaders across a multi-site, international footprint.
• Proven track record with global regulatory inspections and QMS upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Drive the global quality strategy and operating model across sites.
• Modernise the Quality Management System with next-generation upgrades.
• Direct plant quality managers, site teams, and QC laboratories globally.

What You’ll Do

As a key business partner to Operations, R&D, and Commercial leaders, you will lead a world‑class global quality organization.

• Drive the Strategy: Architect and execute the global quality vision and operating model.
• Modernise the QMS: Own the end‑to‑end Quality Management System and pioneer its next‑generation upgrade.
• Lead the Network: Direct plant quality managers, site teams, and QC laboratories across a multi‑country manufacturing footprint.
• Own the Standards: Safeguard batch disposition, release governance, risk escalation, and constant inspection readiness.
• Elevate the Team: Assess, recruit, and develop top‑tier quality talent while standardising excellence across all sites.
• Transform Audits: Turn customer and regulatory audits into streamlined, world‑class experiences that win business.

What You’ll Bring

You are a dynamic quality leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, robust systems, and cultures where quality is shared ownership.

Core Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or Engineering).
• Experience: 15+ years of progressive quality leadership within Pharma, Biotech, API, or GMP materials.
• Leadership: 10+ years managing leaders across a multi‑site, international quality footprint.
• Track Record: Proven success leading global regulatory inspections and executing major QMS upgrades.
• Expertise: Deep, hands‑on experience in batch disposition, release governance, and change management.

Preferred:

• Quality accountability for a $200M+ (ideally $1B+) business unit.
• Deep knowledge of sterile/aseptic manufacturing .
• Experience with integration, supplier‑side pharma audits, or an MBA/Master’s degree.
