Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 7+ years of project management experience in Pharmaceutical Advertising.
• Previous launch experience, strong digital experience (5+ years).
• Previous people management experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, organization, Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs and oversee multichannel projects, budgets and timelines.
• Draft and review statements of work, estimates and scopes.
• Manage client expectations and lead client-facing planning meetings.
• Mentor junior and senior PMs; escalate risks as needed.
• Oversee financial health, forecasting and change orders for Santa Monica portfolio.
