Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven project manager to lead high-visibility, large-scale marketing programs for pharmaceutical clients. You will manage budgets, ensure on-time delivery, mentor a direct team, and collaborate with creatives while applying Veeva Vault processes.

Minimum 5 years of pharma marketing or related agency experience required; strong communication and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant client experience in marketing or related discipline or agency experience.
• Proficiency with Veeva Vault submission process.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of general pharmaceutical marketing and sales, disease state, product science, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage client budgets, submissions, and compliance; revise estimates as required.
• Assist in financial control of accounts, including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Partner with creative services to lead the team and ensure delivery of on-brand, on-time work.
• Foster a cohesive team aware of client products and services; manage project communications.
