We also offer 24x7 cloud-managed services that bring simplicity, automation, and transparency to broadcast operations. Amagi supports over 700 content brands, 800+ playout chains, and more than 2100 channel deliveries across 40+ countries. Our offices are located in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Paris, Melbourne, Seoul, Singapore, with broadcast operations in New Delhi and an innovation center in Bangalore.

Summary

The VP of Product Marketing will oversee product commercialization and go-to-market strategies for Amagi’s Broadcast, Streaming, and Monetization products, ensuring successful launches and competitive positioning globally. This role involves collaboration with sales, business development, product, customer success, and marketing teams to craft customer-centric messaging, analyze market data, and solve problems creatively.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify target customer profiles and define product value propositions for each segment.
  • Develop overall positioning and lead promotional efforts across the product portfolio.
  • Partner with product management and engineering to develop roadmaps, documentation, and marketing content.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Amagi’s products, customer use cases, and industry landscape.
  • Research and define buyer and user personas, their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Implement GTM strategies and campaigns tailored to each product line and vertical.
  • Create compelling messages and tools (videos, datasheets, case studies, blogs, whitepapers) to communicate value.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across teams, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Support pricing decisions based on market demands.
  • Prepare sales training materials and enablement tools like TCO and ROI calculators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in broadcast tech, OTT/CTV streaming, SSAI, and ad tech sectors.

Product Marketing Framework Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing framework applicable across all product lines.
  • Create standardized launch playbooks and competitive intelligence frameworks.
  • Design customer segmentation, messaging, content, and pricing frameworks.
  • Establish feedback, analytics, and partner marketing frameworks.
  • Create thought leadership and marketing maturity models.

People Management and Development

  • Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Develop hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate training, retention strategies, workload management, and cross-functional relationships.

Minimum Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS product/technical marketing.
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, discover innovations, and analyze competitors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with independence and initiative.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with attention to detail.
