Job summary

You will lead and align product strategy, lifecycle activities, and change management to deliver value for customers while meeting regulatory and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics.
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Understand the process and practice of Agile software delivery.
• Support Product Manager with breaking down a complex problem into manageable parts and implementing them.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Owner to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream/downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Supports change management activities across partners and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and drives solutions with Product Manager.
• Assists Product Owner with timelines and risk reporting.
• Adapts in a high-demand, changing environment while delivering priority changes.
• Exhibits clear communication across product and technology teams to meet needs.
