Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Columbus, OH is hiring a Vice President, BB Governance and Transformation – Strategy and Execution to lead high-priority projects that advance risk strategy, strengthen control frameworks, and enable scalable, efficient processes across the portfolio.

You will translate strategy into action, orchestrate change across complex stakeholder ecosystems, and ensure disciplined delivery in alignment with regulatory expectations and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering large, cross-functional projects or programs in financial services.
• Autonomously set direction and drive results on complex initiatives with limited oversight.
• Strong risk and controls acumen with 2LOD collaboration and control design.
• Proven change management experience with stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects across the BB Risk portfolio from initiation through benefits realization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps to streamline processes, reduce risk, and enhance controls across multiple Credit Risk domains.
• Drive change management plans (communications, training, adoption metrics) at scale.
• Establish governance routines and reporting to track progress, dependencies, and escalations.
• Partner with 2LOD to strengthen risk and control frameworks, including policy alignment.
• Facilitate executive-ready updates and decision materials that translate analytics to business outcomes.
• Identify process improvements using data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping to align priorities and secure cross-functional buy-in.
• Monitor regulatory and business shifts to adjust program priorities and mitigate emerging risks.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs, benefits, and control health indicators.
