About the Role

• Own product portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and business case development.
• Drive innovation through Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Partner with business leaders to reimagine mortgage workflows using AI-powered solutions.
• Lead the development of intelligent products that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
• Establish best practices for AI product discovery, experimentation, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Create a culture of customer-centric innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and business objectives.
• Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams.
• Define and track success metrics, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and scale effectively
• Drive product adoption, customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Present business cases, product strategies, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to establish go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of product management experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
• 7+ years leading and developing product management teams.
• 5+ years of experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Generative AI products into production.
• Proven experience defining product vision and executing enterprise-scale product roadmaps.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable business results through product innovation.
