Loansure builds the data-driven Loan Acquisition System behind direct mail and lead generation for mortgage lenders. We are standing up an internal AI agent capability: orchestrated AI agents doing real production work, starting with marketing copy production and expanding across the business. A cross-functional agile team of engineers, data scientists, and business SMEs is already in motion, alongside an external delivery partner running a proof of concept. This role owns keeping all of it on track.
Loansure is building a team of engineers dedicated to agentic and AI-driven workflows — automating and augmenting work across the organization, with a particular focus on our Performance Marketing operations. That team has built real technical momentum, but it currently lacks a dedicated product function: no single owner for the roadmap, no consistent process for scoping and tracking work, and no single point of contact between engineering and the business stakeholders who depend on it. We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to close that gap — a build-it-from-scratch role that brings structure, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to a fast-moving, highly technical team without slowing down what's already working. You'll report to Sarah Brammer on the Product team and own the relationship between engineering and the business stakeholders this team supports. This role is for someone genuinely comfortable operating in ambiguity early on, and confident enough to bring order to it.
