About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Director to lead large‑scale AI transformation initiatives across a fast‑growing, regulated business environment. This individual will serve as a senior product leader responsible for shaping AI product strategy, designing AI‑native workflows, and driving execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines product strategy, AI solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight. You'll work closely with executive leadership, data science teams, engineering partners, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally redesign how work gets done.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI products and initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to map and redesign critical business processes using AI.
• Develop product roadmaps, requirements, specifications, and design briefs for AI‑powered solutions.
• Drive multiple concurrent AI initiatives while maintaining quality and execution standards.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other functional teams.
• Manage external engineering partners and ensure deliverables align with product specifications.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, quality controls, and success metrics for production AI systems.
• Build trust across stakeholders and drive adoption of AI‑enabled workflows.
• Mentor and develop AI Product Managers.
• Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business outcomes to executive leadership.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑enabled products from concept through production.
• Experience driving business process transformation using AI.
• Strong background balancing product strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Experience working directly with engineering and data science teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into detailed product and technical requirements.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

• Fintech, lending, payments, financial services, or credit‑related product experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or related AI technologies.
• Experience evaluating AI architecture decisions and technical trade‑offs.
• Exposure to model governance, AI evaluation frameworks, and production AI systems.
• Team leadership and people management experience.
• Experience working with external engineering vendors or implementation partners.
• Master's degree or advanced technical education.
