Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking an experienced AI Product Designer to lead the design of intelligent, agent-driven mortgage workflows across web, mobile, and conversational interfaces. You will shape AI-powered experiences that are trustworthy and human-centered for both B2B and B2C users.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate complex capabilities into elegant interfaces, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and storytelling while advancing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design, including 2+ years in AI-powered products or intelligent workflows.
• Strong product sense linking design to business/value.
• Systems thinking for complex workflows and edge cases.
• Facilitation of cross-functional alignment.
• Data-driven with signals to guide decisions.
• Familiar with product/user analytics tools.
• AI fluency and curiosity about LLMs and agents.
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling to prototype faster.
• Conversation design experience is a plus.
• Strong visual taste and interaction craft.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning in AI spaces.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced AI Product Designer to lead the design of intelligent, agent-driven experiences that automate and elevate mortgage workflows. You’ll work at the frontier of AI product design - crafting interfaces and interactions for AI agents, agentic workflows, and decision-support systems that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and empowering. You will design for both B2B and B2C users, spanning web apps, mobile apps, and conversational experiences. You’ll also drive the evolution of product design workflows that empower our teams to work smarter with AI. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complexity, understands the nuances of AI behavior, and can translate technical capabilities into elegant, human-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for AI-powered product experiences, from opportunity discovery through delivery.
• Analyze business workflows and customer journeys to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.
• Facilitate alignment with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into clear product directions.
• Design intelligent workflows, including human oversight, agent handoff, exception handling, feedback loops, and recovery paths.
• Define conversational interaction patterns across workflow interfaces, chat, SMS, and voice.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, process diagrams, journey maps, and executive-ready storytelling.
• Use data, user insights, and business goals to evaluate design decisions and improve product outcomes.
• Use AI tooling and AI skills to automate and accelerate parts of the design and product development process.

You are a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years designing AI-powered products, automation experiences, conversational interfaces, or intelligent workflows.
• Strong product sense and the ability to connect design decisions to business and user value.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Strong facilitation skills and comfort aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data-driven thinking and the ability to use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide design.
• Familiarity with product and user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, FullStory, Pendo).
• AI fluency, including curiosity about LLMs, automation, agents, and human oversight patterns.
• Hands-on interest in modern AI tooling, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, or similar tools, to prototype faster and improve design-to-development workflows.
• Experience or strong interest in conversation design, including clarification, confirmation, escalation, and recovery flows.
• Strong visual taste and interaction craft.
• Comfort working through ambiguity in fast-changing product and technology areas.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and keep improving how products are designed and built with AI.
