Position Summary:

Are you ready to pioneer the future of AI in healthcare? We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product and Solutions Management to lead the evolution of Tom Services, our cutting-edge agentic AI services designed to revolutionize access in primary care.

In this highly visible and transformative role, you will sit at the intersection of clinical excellence, artificial intelligence, and patient experience. You will oversee a high-performing team responsible for the entire product lifecycle of the agentic experience-from conceptualizing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for new AI agents to scaling them into robust, multi-agent systems. In this leadership role you will evangelize Tom Services both internally and externally, driving strategic direction, fostering a culture of rapid innovation, and directly impacting how we deliver next-generation value to our members and clients.

Job Description:

Strategic Vision & AI Innovation

• Pioneer Agentic Solutions: Develop and deliver compelling business cases for new agents and services. Define MVPs and iteratively evolve services as new data, skills, and LLM capabilities become available.
• Drive the AI Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the clinical team to create visionary mid-term (2-3 year), quarterly and annual Services roadmaps. Vet these roadmaps with prospects, buyers, and primary care users to ensure market-leading relevance.
• Identify Future Needs: Proactively identify new skills and data needed to support the evolution of Tom Services, elevating these needs for product roadmap prioritization.
• Scope & Accountability: Accountable for budgeting, strategic planning, and policy creation for the Tom Services product area, ensuring direct contribution to organizational goals.

Product Execution & Lifecycle Mastery

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Develop and document comprehensive requirements for new Tom Services and Agents through the entire product lifecycle.
• Optimize the Development Engine: Develop, document, and continuously refine the Services development process to ensure rapid, high-quality deployment.
• Prompting & Engineering Partnership: Actively contribute to the development of prompting for Tom Services in tight partnership with clinical, prompt engineering, UX, and software engineering teams.
• Define Success: Create the Service Definition for each service, ensuring success criteria are clearly defined.
• Data-Driven Performance: Proactively monitor service performance during betas and in production seamlessly integrating customer feedback and making real-time adjustments to roadmaps.

Quality, Testing, & Collaboration

• Rigorous Testing: Champion the quality of Tom Services by testing across multiple channels - including internal, patient, simulant, and beta testing - to ensure they exceed acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Evangelism: Present Tom Services during highly technical solutioning sessions. Deliver passionate, engaging training on Agents to our sales and marketing teams.
• Unify the Delivery Process: Partner closely with the UX team on testing and review, and work hand-in-hand with marketing and implementation teams on brilliant documentation, packaging, and training materials.
