Job summary

Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent in Austin, TX seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and scale its Mission Critical / Data Center business. You will own P&L, shape sector strategy, win major pursuits and build high-performing teams across preconstruction and delivery.

You will cultivate client relationships, drive profitable growth, and mentor senior project executives while shaping organizational structure to support ongoing expansion in a national construction

A leading national construction organization is expanding its Mission Critical / Data Center business and is seeking a Vice President of Operations to help lead the next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction executive with the credibility to lead operations, win work, develop teams and drive financial performance.

The Role

• Lead and grow the Mission Critical / Data Center business
• Set sector strategy and drive operational performance
• Lead major pursuits, client relationships and business development
