Job summary

Relate Search is partnered with a privately held industrial manufacturer in East Texas to add a Vice President of Operations. This role will lead manufacturing operations, translate business objectives into clear priorities, and strengthen processes to support growth.

The VP will develop leaders, establish KPIs, and work with the executive team on capacity, technology, and continuous improvement to position the company for sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Operations leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading multiple operational functions within a small or mid-sized manufacturing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, profitability, quality, delivery, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience building scalable processes, developing leaders, and guiding an organization through growth or operational transformation.
• Strong financial and business acumen with a hands-on, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style.
