We're looking for a Vice President of Technology who sees technology as a competitive advantage, not a support function. This role sits at the center of some of the company's most important initiatives, including ERP transformation, AI-powered operational tools, livestock technology integration, and the modernization of how our businesses operate.
This is a strategic executive role based in Seattle, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape and execute the company's technology strategy.
The starting salary range for this position is between $220,000 to $280,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
