QAD, a leading SaaS company in manufacturing and supply chain solutions, is seeking a talented Vice President of Sales, Supply Chain (North America). This role involves scaling our business, collaborating across functions, and leading a team of Account Executives to expand our impact in the Enterprise Supply Chain Software space.
This home-based position requires travel across North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring, motivating, coaching, and possess strong sales process knowledge (Challenger, MEDDIC, Customer Centric Selling).
Key Responsibilities include:
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and others to support success. The role requires 5+ years of sales leadership in supply chain software and 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a preference for supply chain industry experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation: Base pay ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, with US benefits including health coverage, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and well-being programs.
