The role…

We are looking for a Vice President, ERP Sales to drive net new business ERP revenue. Managing a small but growing team of new business sales representatives within the region, you will have a clear vision for the region and the resilience, adaptability, and creativity to achieve it. You will be results- and data-focused, with a strong commitment to coaching and developing the team for success.

The role is home-based with national travel (35%-45%). The ideal candidate location is in the Central region, but you must live near a major airport.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of ERP sales leadership
  • 10+ years of sales, marketing, and presales experience in enterprise SaaS software sales, with a strong preference for ERP experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proven success in attaining and exceeding team quotas
  • Creativity, high energy, and a competitive attitude
  • Ability to cultivate high-performing teams

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the QAD ERP sales team to generate new customer growth and cloud software subscription revenue from prospects
  • Understand and apply sales methodology and processes
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and support complex deals, including C-suite relationships
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Utilize challenger sales methodologies, develop territory and account plans to build a qualified pipeline
  • Manage opportunity forecasting and participate in executive deal reviews
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Services, and Support teams

Compensation Package:

Base pay range: $185,000 - $200,000 USD annually, with variation based on experience, skills, market, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a sales commission plan.
