Job Title: VP of Sales – Hyperscale Leasing

Location: Flexible

Are you an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of hyperscaler partnerships and long-term leasing structures? We’re partnered with a fast-growing developer, constructor, and owner of data centers, who are looking for a VP of Sales to drive major hyperscale relationships and close transformative deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and lead end-to-end sales efforts with hyperscalers, focusing on long-term lease agreements & co-location deals.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals – including all technical and commercial aspects.
  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the hyperscale ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in data center or infrastructure sales, specifically to hyperscalers.
  • Proven success owning, structuring, and closing large-scale leasing deals.
  • Deep understanding of technical, commercial, and legal deal components.
  • Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Compensation & Structure:

  • Total compensation: variable (circa $500,000 + add-ons), tailored to experience and performance.
  • Incredible commission structure + LTIP
  • Flexible on location for the right candidate.
