We are committed to delivering outstanding service and value to our clients and we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales, that will successfully launch and run a new market.

Position Overview :

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, growth, and success of our PEO operations in St. Louis and the surrounding areas. This is a producing role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business and brand development. The ideal candidate will have a successful book of business in the St. Louis market, be well regarded in the business community and heavily connected to the highest level of networking contacts.

This individual will be introducing the Lever1 solution to its business contacts and representing the brand at community and business events. While this individual will work remotely in St. Louis, Lever1 will fully support this position with marketing, training, and business development efforts. This role comes with a robust package to include base salary, bonus, and a marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to grow our client portfolio.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a strategic plan for the market, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Marketing and Branding : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and build brand awareness in the local market.
  • Prepare and present prospect proposals.
  • Team Leadership : Develop and lead a high-performing team of PEO professionals in assigned market.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of growing client portfolios and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet financial targets.
  • Strong networking skills to identify and develop relationships.
  • Strong listening, presentation skills and phone presence.
  • Ability to travel locally on a regular basis.
  • Ability to travel to Kansas City quarterly.
