What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and grow the research team, managing personnel and budget effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of ten years of experience in conducting research studies and evaluations in PreK-12 education
- Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders in large school districts
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal and foundation grants and publish academic articles
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
