Job summary

FHC, based in Ohio, is seeking a Vice President of Quality to join its Senior Leadership Team. This role bridges technical excellence with business strategy and builds the organization, systems, and accountability needed to deliver both quality and financial performance.

As a peer to the CFO, CHRO, COO, General Counsel, you will influence Board discussions, translate quality metrics into actionable insights, and lead a durable quality agenda across the enterprise.

This opportunity calls for a quality executive who can connect technical excellence with business strategy—and build the organization, systems, and accountability needed to deliver both.

As a peer to the CFO, CHRO, COO, General Counsel, and other senior leaders, you’ll bring a clear quality perspective to enterprise decisions. You’ll need the judgment and credibility to engage a discerning Board of Directors and, potentially, major investors.

The executive we’re looking for

You bring deep quality expertise, a record of developing quality organizations, and demonstrated success operating at the executive level.

You can move comfortably between a detailed technical discussion and an enterprise business decision. You know how to challenge constructively, influence peers, communicate difficult issues clearly, and earn trust through sound judgment and follow-through.

Experience presenting to Boards or similarly demanding executive stakeholders will be particularly valuable.
