$250,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates in the Chicago/Lake County area.

Job Description

The VP/Head of Product will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for driving the development, innovation, and execution of cloud-based software solutions. This leadership role will oversee product management, product development, deployment, customer support, and ensure overall customer success. The individual will identify opportunities to leverage innovation and technology for competitive advantage and manage technical debt related to acquired products and architectural changes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, visionary leader capable of navigating the healthcare technology landscape, fostering innovation, and aligning the product roadmap with strategic goals.

Top Skills

• 10+ years of leadership experience in technical (engineering, IT, and/or scientific) innovation within product management, focusing on cloud-based healthcare software products.
• Five (5) years of experience managing multiple technology teams and leading product strategy across various product lines.
• Deep understanding of cloud software technologies, deployment, and scalability; experience with Microsoft Azure is essential; familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, regulations, and customer needs in healthcare.
• Proven experience leading innovation transformation and implementing new technologies to enable growth and differentiation.
