Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Operations to lead regional performance across multiple facilities in Texas and beyond. You will own quality, staffing, census, and financials while driving accountability, coaching leaders, and partnering with physicians to resolve escalations in the field.

The role requires strong CMS/ESRD compliance focus, data-driven process improvement, and a track record of scaling best practices.
