Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to own regional performance across multiple facilities. You will lead efforts in quality, staffing, census and financials while partnering with physicians to resolve escalations in the field.

The role requires strong CMS/ESRD compliance focus, a people-first management style, and a data-driven approach to scale best practices. Expect up to 75% travel to sites nationwide.

• Hands-on, strategic ops leader who can own regional performance (quality, staffing, census, financials)
• Strong in CMS/ESRD compliance and audit readiness; track record of improving standards
• People-first manager who hires well, coaches consistently, and drives accountability across leaders
• Data-driven and process-minded; uses KPIs and audits to fix root causes and scale best practices
• Confident partnering with physicians and resolving escalations quickly in the field
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and lead across multiple facilities
