Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Vice President of Operations to direct activities of operations across the designated territory, including sales, operations, customer relations, and corporate directives. The role requires reviewing forecasts, leading senior discussions, and aligning with long-range goals.

The position involves frequent travel to client sites and company facilities, with responsibility for policy development and strategic initiatives at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large budgets and programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of Company’s operations, including sales, operations, customer relations and corporate directives.
• Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to measure progress toward goals.
• Confer with EVP/COO and senior leadership to review achievements and adjust goals.
• Travel to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities as needed.
• Participate in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals.
