Job summary

SBM is seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations in the United States, ideally in San Francisco. The role will oversee up to $20 million in revenue and will design, operate, and continuously improve the system that delivers the organization’s products and services.

You will provide strategic operational leadership, guide management across divisions, and drive growth through sales and efficiency initiatives while ensuring clear goals and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Management or related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Equivalency: combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operation.
  • Lead the development and growth of the company and divisions through new business, expansion, and removing obstacles to growth.
  • Direct short- and long-range plans and budgets aligned to corporate goals and growth objectives.
  • Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution.
  • Create the structure to manage growth and retain talent, ensuring visibility and advancement.

# **Title:**EVP, Operations# **Job Description:**NOW HIRING: Executive Vice President of OperationsCompensation: $150,000-$200,000 per year **Job Overview**The Executive Vice President of Operations will be responsible for planning, administering, and coordinating the activities of the organization toward the achievement of established policies, goals, and operating objectives. This individual is responsible for overseeing up to $20 million in revenue and overseeing the design, operation, and improvement of the system that creates and delivers the organization’s products and services. **Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operation* Guide and direct management in the development and growth of the company as a whole and individually within each division through sales of new business, expansion of existing business, the removal of obstacles prohibiting growth, and providing a clear understanding and model of company goals and objectives* Direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives* Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution* Create the structure and operations organization to manage the company’s business activities and its projected growth that allows the visibility to talent, an opportunity for advancement and an environment of retention* Develop and install procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization that is consistent with the culture and directive of Sr. Leadership* The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.* Establish operating policies consistent with the Chief Executive Officer's broad policies and objectives and ensure execution **Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
