Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead the Pennsylvania region and drive strategic direction across operations. You will provide proactive leadership, directing regional teams and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of foodservice experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to manage multi-site operations. Travel readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Vice President of Operations in Pennsylvania. As the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and executing account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region.
• Ensuring that company strategy and direction is communicated to and understood by all staff in the region.
• Providing leadership and direction to regional management.
• Achieving budgeted client retention for the region.
• Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice and federal regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel.
