Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Monroeville, PA. The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivatedFood Service Supervisor to join our healthcare team inMonroeville, PA. As aFood Service Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure a high quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors at an assigned location. You will lead a energetic and willing staff of servers to ensure customers have the optimal dining experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the daily operations of the Front-of-house and Back-of-house.
• Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least one years’ experience in customer service.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Compensation Range:

• $53,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
