Job summary

Cura Hospitality in Mars, PA is seeking an experienced Full-Time Cook Supervisor to lead our healthcare and food service team. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment, with a shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm.

The ideal candidate has prior high-volume culinary experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and develop team members while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• High-level product knowledge, friendly and helpful customer service, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meals begin on time, and maintaining portion, appearance and temperature for all items.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to bring an experiencedFull-Time Cook Supervisorto our healthcare & food service team inMars, PA. What you'll be doing:
