Job summary

Elior North America seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead operations in Pennsylvania within Cura-Hospitality. You will drive regional strategy, oversee regional management, and ensure client retention and satisfaction across all accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of foodservice experience with regulatory knowledge, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work arrangement available with healthcare-focused operations.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Vice President of Operations in Pennsylvania. As the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and executing account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
