Job Summary

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our team! As the Vice President of Operations, you will be overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, participating in brainstorming sessions to increase productivity and sales, and developing new sales strategies and opportunities for the team. You will also be responsible for performance reviews and conducting disciplinary actions as needed, hiring and training new staff members, and presenting sales reports to upper management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in both management and sales, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
