K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Land Acquisition to lead the land pipeline and partnerships with brokers, builders, bankers, and officials.

You will present land deals to senior leaders and drive growth, building a team that identifies acquisition opportunities. The role demands a bachelor's degree and at least eight years in land acquisition with strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, plus a valid driver's license.

• Strong negotiation skills with ability to prepare, interpret and present financial analyses and market analyses.

Responsabilités

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Partner with senior leaders to present land deals and drive company growth.
• Lead and develop the land acquisition team to build a robust deal pipeline.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
