Job summary

This senior role supports 1,200+ employees and leads an HR team of about 27, including 7 direct reports, requiring hands-on leadership, approachability, and the ability to make tough, strategic decisions.

Salary: $200,000-$250,000 + bonus

We're working with a luxury hospitality organization in Pennsylvania looking for an experienced VP of Human Resources to lead its people strategy and HR function.

This is a senior, highly visible role supporting 1,200+ employees and leading an HR team of approximately 27 people, including 7 direct reports.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people - approachable, hands-on and someone employees feel comfortable coming to, while still knowing when to make the tough calls.
