Job summary

Nexus Search is seeking a VP of Supply Chain for a fast-growing US snacking brand. This role owns end-to-end supply chain, scales global infrastructure, and leads a high-performing team.

You will drive global supply planning, co-manufacturing, procurement, S&OP, and partnerships with 3PLs to enable cost-effective, KPI-led operations in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Leadership of large-scale supply chains in CPG/food preferred.
• Experience managing co-manufacturers at international scale.
• Track record negotiating strategic manufacturing, co-packing and logistics agreements.
• Experience with ethical sourcing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global supply planning, contract manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
• Build and manage an international co-manufacturing network and negotiate agreements.
• Lead procurement with 3PLs to drive cost-effective, KPI-led ops.
• Run S&OP across forecasting, inventory, budgeting and deployment.
• Strengthen DTC and retail order management with carriers and internal teams.
• Partner with Finance on costing, cash flow, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure supply chain readiness for new product launches.
• Champion ethical and responsible sourcing.

One of the fastest-growing brands in US snacking is seeking a VP, Supply Chain.

They’ve built a household-name brand in record time, and their vision goes well beyond their core snacking and confectionery range. The business runs entirely on a co-manufacturing model, is moving at real velocity, and needs a supply chain leader who can scale global infrastructure without slowing it down.

This is a rare chance to own the full end-to-end supply chain of a brand that’s changing how CPG is built, with genuine scope to shape the wider portfolio as it grows.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning global supply planning, contract manufacturing, and logistics & distribution
• Building and managing an international co-manufacturing network, including drafting and negotiating short- and long-term agreements
• Leading procurement with transportation and 3PL partners to drive cost-effective, KPI-led operations
• Running S&OP and supply planning across forecasting, inventory, budgeting and deployment
• Strengthening DTC and retail order management with carriers, 3PLs and internal teams
• Partnering closely with Finance on costing, cash flow, payment terms and inventory reconciliation
• Ensuring supply chain readiness for a fast-moving pipeline of new product launches
• Championing ethical and responsible sourcing across the supply base
• Building and leading a high-performing team while staying hands-on

What we’re looking for:

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, ideally in food or CPG, with chocolate or confectionery a strong plus
• Proven experience managing co-manufacturers, ideally at international scale
• A track record of negotiating strategic manufacturing, co-packing and logistics agreements
• Experience with ethical sourcing programs
• A strong people leader who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves
• An entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, decisive and energized by pace and ambiguity
