Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team, globally.
  • Build and implement a global sales strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.
  • Own the end-to-end lead generation and pipeline development process.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, operations, and product to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Strengthen relationships with global accounts and cultivate long-term customer partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record leading international sales teams and navigating global markets.
  • Strong background in process design, commercial strategy, and customer acquisition.
  • Comfortable operating in a technical, engineered solution-selling environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
