Job title: Manager - Digital Experience, Global Sales

Department / Division: Global Sales

Salary Range: $125,165 - $154,615/yr, plus Bonus

Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid)

What We're Looking For:

A strategic business leader to drive the future of our Amway Business Owner (ABO)s' digital experience by shaping and advancing innovative & global tools that enhance ABO business building and management. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless, connected, and engaging digital experience that drives growth and elevates the end-user experience across all platforms. These platforms include solutions for business management, event management, and learning & development.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can connect digital strategy with business objectives to shape a successful future for our ABOs & the company. You will lead a team of U.S. based digital strategy professionals, and partner heavily with our Technology Division. This is a global role, in charge of technology solution rollouts across our global markets. You will have 3 direct reports as well as some budgetary responsibility.

Job Duties Will Include:

  • Leading change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of digital tools
  • Budget and resource management
  • Engage with senior leadership on strategy and drive digital initiatives
  • Regular performance reporting
  • Leadership and performance management of the team, as well as hiring decisions

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office (Tues, Wed, Thurs). There will likely be some international travel in this role, potentially once or twice per year.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, or a similar role, preferably in a global or large-scale business environment.
  • Proven experience in defining a strategy, and then executing it.
  • Proven experience in leading digital projects, managing digital tools, or overseeing end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.

Skills To Be Successful:

  • Understanding of the Amway Sales Plan or other similar payment strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies
  • Familiarity with digital trends such as AI, automation etc.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve user experience, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align digital initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Ability to balance business priorities with technical requirements to deliver effective digital solutions.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and thrive in a constantly evolving digital landscape.
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with an understanding of local market nuances and the ability to adapt digital strategies for diverse regions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

They provide solutions to help ABOs manage their businesses, manage their networking events, and continue their learning and development journeys. This team partners heavily with the Technology group, who builds the solutions designed by the team.
