Guided Search Partners is assisting a long-standing, family-owned organization in Pennsylvania in its search for a VP of FSQA. This pivotal role oversees all FSQA functions for a historic, innovative meat processing company with a strong quality focus.

The VP will serve as the senior FSQA authority, guiding strategy and ensuring compliance with GFSI standards, USDA harvest requirements, and continuous quality improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading FSQA teams.
• USDA Meat processing – must have harvest/slaughter experience.
• GFSI – BRC or SQF certification knowledge.
