Job summary

Guided Search Partners is partnering with a leading North American food manufacturer to identify its next Corporate DIRECTOR of FSQA Systems. The role will be responsible for rolling out a new Quality Management System across its U.S.

locations, ensuring compliance and sustained performance under a strong leadership frame. The position reports to the VP of FSQA, offers a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 with a 20% bonus potential, and requires alignment with baked goods expertise.

Qualifications

• BAKED GOODS or Baking background is highly preferred.
• Experience rolling out a Quality Management System across multiple U.S. locations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of the Quality Management System across the portfolio of U.S. locations.
• Partner with site leadership and VP FSQA to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel to multiple sites as required.

• Base Salary --> $150-170,000 Base Range

• Can be based out of PHILLY, ATLANTA, NASHVILLE, or MILWAUKEE + Travel
