Job summary

Guided Search Partners is partnering with a Southern Virginia-based, family-owned food manufacturer to recruit a Quality Manager who will lead site QA programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive on-site leadership, implement GFSI-aligned practices (SQF, BRC or FSSC22k), and collaborate with operations to ensure product quality and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years' leadership experience.
• GFSI- SQF, BRC, or FSSC22k.
• Boots on the ground leadership style.
• Must come from food manufacturing.
