Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Facilities in Jenkintown, PA. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, including long-range financial planning and risk management
- Oversee the preparation, management, and monitoring of the college's annual budget and multi-year capital plan
- Ensure sound financial practices, regulatory compliance, and fiscal transparency across all departments
- Manage all accounting, treasury, payroll, purchasing, and audit functions
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of campus facilities, including maintenance, space planning, renovations, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with the President and Executive Leadership Team to inform strategic planning with financial and operational insights
- Supervise departments such as Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and Auxiliary Services
- Serve as primary liaison with auditors, banks, investment advisors, and external partners on financial and facility matters
- Ensure systems and controls are in place for asset protection and operational efficiency
- Direct supervision of the following departments which includes: Business Office, Director of Financial Aid, Director of IT, Facilities Plant, Cafeteria Services, Mail Service, and Insurance Services
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA Certification required
- Minimum of 10 years of senior level management experience managing diverse financial functions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
