Summit Growth Group seeks a strategic VP of Finance to shape the company’s financial foundation as it scales. You will partner with the executive team to drive growth, profitability, and disciplined capital allocation from a remote US base.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while building scalable processes and dashboards to monitor performance by client, program, and business unit.

What You'll Do

• 1 Develop and execute SGG's financial strategy in alignment with company growth objectives.
• 2 Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• 3 Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• 4 Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• 5 Develop financial models to support new clients, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• 6 Oversee accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• 7 Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• 8 Oversee banking relationships, treasury management, working capital, and cash flow planning.
• 9 Forecast cash requirements and funding needs.
• 10 Optimize collections, vendor payments, and capital allocation.
• 11 Maintain strong internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• 12 Develop executive dashboards and financial KPIs.
• 13 Monitor revenue, profitability, margins, and financial performance by client, program, and business unit.
• 14 Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
• 15 Provide financial guidance for pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
• 16 Monitor budget performance and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• 17 Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and applicable financial reporting requirements.
• 18 Coordinate audits, tax preparation, and other financial compliance activities.
• 19 Oversee financial risk management, insurance, and applicable corporate governance activities.
• 20 Maintain accurate financial records and reporting standards.
• 21 Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Technology, and executive leadership to support company performance and growth.
• 22 Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and due diligence activities as applicable.
• 23 Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.
• 24 Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support company growth.
• 25 Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership, finance, accounting, or a related executive role.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, accounting practices, and financial compliance.
• Experience managing financial teams and developing scalable financial processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with executive and cross-functional leadership.
